Stages of production of armature winding sections
1. 3D modeling
We create a drawing corresponding to the technical specification of the customer.
2. Winding the copper wire
We provide a tight winding of the highest quality wire and a uniform coil column.
3. Isolation
We find an insulation system compatible with your type of coils. Low-voltage system – up to 1 kV VPI – up to 10 kV resin–impregnated – up to 18 kV Hybrid resin-impregnated/ VPI
4. Preforming
Pre-stretch the coils into a trapezoidal shape and set the exact radius of the coil head.
5. Molding
We form the coil into the shape of a “boat” and create an ideal geometry.
6. Crimping
We perform hot pressing (for coils with B-stage tapes) to ensure uniform heating of the coil along the entire straight part.
7. Testing
We pass numerous tests at the SCHLEICH and Baker complexes, as well as manually by employees of the OTC.
8. Packaging
We put your order in a cardboard box or wooden box for transportation by a convenient mode of transport.
